Lost Photos...

Well, I didn't expect to find so many photos on the old laptop and it has taken me quite a while to sort them out :( but I have eventually got to a point where I can edit them and add them to my gallery over the next week.  It has been a bit of a difficult week for my little one, the jet lag has taken quite a toll and she has been in and out of school.  The teachers have all been very understanding so hopefully we will have a better time of it now and I will also have a bit more time to work on my blog.  I do have some cards that I will be taking photos of but the SD card seems to have vanished from my phone, it must have made it's escape on one of the many occasions when i has been dropped :( Anyway, my daughter has a new phone so I will be able to use her old one and get some up to date stuff on her.

I have been working on a mini album and have found a way to incorporate my stamps in with it so I can do some 'in progress' photos for you but for now it is back to the washing and ironing of school uniform.  I hope you have a good week,

Now I am a bit more familiar with using paint.net, I hope the few others I have to show will not take as long to edit.  I will also put some more photos in my gallery, of older makes, that I found lurking on my lap top.

Time Flies......

....but it hasn't all been fun :( I cannot believe that it has been 18 months since I last blogged.  I gave up my crafting for a while as I just did not have the inclination, but over the last 6 months or so I have ventured back out to my craft room and started to put cards together again.  I have also fallen in love with the mini albums and file folder albums that are so popular right now, I probably spend more time on pinterest than anything else, even the kids have been infected with pinterest fever.  I will sort out the photos of the cards I have made and blog them soon, I hope and will try to blog more regularly more as a record of my card/album making than anything else. It will help me get some routine and structure back to my life.  Well that's all for now...

Technology ..AAARrrrgh!!!!

Finally I am able to get on blogger :) !  For the last couple of days, every time i have tried to post, I have had to contend with a pop up advert that I could just not get rid of and then after numerous closing down and re-starting I have got on.  I even downloaded an ad blocker for a small donation but that didn't help so after some web reading I have had to download a new browser just for Blogger?! Fingers crossed ;)

I have had a quiet day in the cabin, just pottering around listening to the old eighties music and making my card which is off to America for my Brother-in-Law's birthday;
